The reopening comes one week after having to close its doors because of COVID-19.

On July 20, the restaurant posted this message on Facebook:

It is with great sorrow that we have to close down for the rest of the week. Two of our employees tested positive for the virus. We absolutely do not want to bring this to our customers. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. We will be back up and running very soon.

ChimiZone first opened its doors on May 19 of this year.

The new restaurant is open Monday through Saturday.

ChimiZone is located at 308 Hwy 30 in the Ollie’s and Tractor Supply Shopping Center.
