Louis Armstrong International cancels flights as Tropical Storm Barry makes landfall

Even though it was downgraded to a tropical storm as it made landfall, the weather system that is Barry is still wreaking havoc on travel in South Louisiana.

At this point, all scheduled flights into and out of New Orleans’ Louis Armstrong International Airport have been cancelled for Saturday, July 13. That’s according to the airport’s website.

As always, airport officials recommend travelers contact their airline to confirm any and all cancellations and to find out about rescheduled flights.
