EAST FELICIANA PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – A Clinton man is in even more trouble after the State Fire Marshal’s Office made an arrest in two mobile home arson cases.

Deandre Galmon, 33, was in the East Feliciana Parish Jail on murder and arson charges.

Galmon was in the jail since April facing charges related to “two murders, an attempted murder and two arsons in Clinton,” according to the State Fire Marshal.

Galmon was recently re-booked into the same jail and faces two counts of Simple Arson.

The charges stem from two separate mobile home fire investigations; one from November of 2019, the other from January of this year.

The investigations involved the burning of two mobile homes “located on the same property in the 5400 block of Gilead Road in Clinton,” according to the State Fire Marshal.

Following the additional investigative efforts, an arrest warrant for the case was obtained and Galmon was booked on the new charges.
