BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Election Day sits on one of the busiest days of the year in the state of Louisiana as it lands on a Saturday in the fall when the college football season is in high-gear

Residents will be voting for their next governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, treasurer, and more during the the Oct. 14 primary election.

Those who missed out on the early voting period will be able to vote on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Click here to find information about your polling location and sample ballots.
