BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Just when you thought Tropical Storm Nicholas was done with our area, LSU EOC issued a flash flood warning on Wednesday night.
This is what it looked like near the university as vehicles tried to navigate the flood waters.
The area is not done with rain as a Flash Flood Watch is in effect through Friday night.
Nicholas came ashore in Texas as a category one hurricane and then quickly became a Tropical Storm after making landfall.
