LSU Baseball Fan Fest postponed until Feb. 1 due to rain forecast

Due to forecasted rain throughout the day on Sunday, the LSU Baseball Fan Fest has been postponed and rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1, in Alex Box Stadium starting at 1 p.m.

According to LSUsports.net, admission to the event is free. Fans will be allowed to watch the Tiger Baseball Team engage in a scrimmage that starts at 2 p.m.

Around 3:30 p.m., coach Paul Mainieri and select players will speak to fans, and a hype video will debut on the video board. From 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., fans may tour the stadiums facilities that “showcase the success of the program and the operation of the best venue in college baseball, ” according

LSU players and coaches will be available to sign autographs. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. The event will also include silent auctions of LSU sports memorabilia and other valuable prizes.
