BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The LSU Tigers are 3-1 after pulling out a 34-31 win over the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday, Sept. 23. LSU ran for almost 190 total yards while LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels threw for 320 yards and four touchdowns. The Tigers are now 2-0 in the SEC with a game against the Ole Miss Rebels on the horizon in Oxford.

The Tigers dropped one spot in the AP college football poll and will enter the Ole Miss game ranked 13th in the country. Ole Miss is ranked 20th and is coming off a 14-point loss to Alabama.

Head coach Brian Kelly spoke with the media on Monday and praised the crowd that was at the game on Saturday. Kelly said, “great crowd, great atmosphere, loud, just exactly what you expect at Tiger Stadium.”

When speaking about Ole Miss, Kelly said, “Gotta go on the road against another SEC opponent. So, looking forward to the challenge, we’ve got some things that we’ve go to get better at, just like everybody else in the country, but, looking forward to the challenge.”
