BATON ROUGE, LA (LOCAL33) (FOX44) – Stress and eating habits go hand in hand, but managing both can help you live a heart healthy lifestyle.

According to a recent study from the American Heart Association, “more than half of U.S. employees who typically eat lunch during work hours struggle to make it healthy.”

There are a number of reason why making those healthy choices can be a struggle. Convenience, work stress and feeling rushed, or behind on tasks, also contributes to picking a less healthy option.
