BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Fire Department and Baton Rouge Police Department were called to the scene of an accident involving an EMS vehicle on Friday morning.

The accident took place at N Acadian Thruway and Florida Blvd. around 6:15 am.

Two people were injured in this crash and taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

One of the people who was injured is a medic.

There is no word yet on whether anyone was charged in connection with this accident.
