STPSO says, Grace Elizabeth Simmons has been found.

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman who has been missing since September 20.

The missing woman is named Grace Elizabeth Simmons and her family reported her missing four days after she was last seen by anyone.

Simmons could also be going by her maiden name, Treadaway.

Law enforcement believe that Simmons could be suicidal.

The missing woman “is being considered endangered due to the belief that she may be of a danger to herself,” according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Law enforcement is asking the public to keep an eye out for a vehicle with this description:

  • Green colored 2002 Ford Explorer
  • Louisiana license plate 243 EDS
  • Possibly with a spare tire on the front passenger side

According to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, “It is believed that Ms. Grace Simmons is currently located in Baton Rouge seeking treatment for a drug addiction.”

Foul play is not being considered in this case.
