GONZALES, La. (BRPROUD) – The live musical of “Matilda” is making its debut at the Ascension Community Theater on June 1st.
“Matilda” is the story of an extraordinary little girl with extraordinary powers, a description of the event reads. The daughter of abusive parents, Matilda finds refuge in library books, which she reads quickly and in creating her own stories, the description continues.
The musical will run for three weeks from June 1-18 at the Ascension Community Theater in Gonzales.
