New Orleans man charge with illegal use of Social Security number to get job

NEW ORLEANS, (BRPROUD)- U.S Department of Justice District Court Judge for Eastern District of Louisiana Attorney Duane A. Evans announces that Santos Mendoza Osoria 25, is charged with one count of indictment for illegal use of a Social Security number to obtain employment.

Mendoza faces $250,000 fine; maximum term of imprisonment five years, three years of supervision if release and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.00, according to pled documents.

Help of the case includes, Homeland Security Investigations and Social Security Administration agents.
