New York firefighters play friendly game of dodge ball in full gear

Who says training drills can’t be fun?

New York firefighters competed in a game of dodge ball in full gear for an air consumption drill!

They wanted to show firefighters how to control breathing in stressful situations.

Each firefighter played until they drained their air cylinder.

Times ranged from 25 minutes to 51 minutes, and if anyone got out during the game, they had to do 20 jumping jacks before they could return.

Talk about a rigorous exercise for the boys in red!
