Raising Cane’s donates $12,000 dollars to Baton Rouge medical centers


BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD)- In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Raising Cane’s launched their nationwide neck-gaiter campaign now 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to local hospitals.

More than $12,000 dollars from the neck-gaiter campaign will be distributed to Baton Rouge General Foundation, Ochsner Health and Our Lady of the Lake Foundation.

“At Raising Cane’s, we are always looking for ways to support our community, and the neck-gaiter campaign has proven a great way to help our local healthcare organizations,” said Baton Rouge Leader of Restaurants Alan Mahen. “… we are honored to have the opportunity to show our appreciation to the brave workers that are battling tirelessly on the frontlines. Thank you to all of the Baton Rouge Caniacs that helped make this donation possible.”

Alongside the neck-gaiter campaign, the company has shown their support for healthcare workers through nationwide food donations and other initiatives.
