Rescue Alliance to launch emergency community pet food bank

Local nonprofit Rescue Alliance is partnering with Petstar Animal Care of Prairieville to create an emergency pet food bank to help pet owners amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Petstar Animal Care, located at 38432 W. Airline Dr., will serve as a pet food drop-off location.

Anyone wanting to donate pet food can drop it off at Petstar Animal Care Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
