PRAIRIEVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) – Another ribbon cutting ceremony is taking place in Ascension Parish at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10.
The ribbon cutting ceremony is taking place at Bluff Middle School.
This comes after a ribbon cutting ceremony took place at Bluff Primary School last month.
Ascension Public Schools provided details about the new middle school in Prairieville:
- 19-acre campus
- 137,000 square footage includes a two-story academic building with an open concept media center
- Dual gymnasium complex
- Project cost $25.7 million to complete
Community representatives and local elected officials are allowed to attend tonight’s ribbon cutting ceremony.
Bluff Middle School is located at 15464 Bluff Rd.
