Tracking the Tropics: Larry is now a hurricane in the open Atlantic. It will likely curve out to sea, but this could change. There is a weak area of low pressure in the Caribbean, but it has a 30% chance of development. Still bears watching. No imminent threats to Louisiana as of right now.
