SELU program aimed for low-income high school students now taking applications

BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) Southeastern University of Louisiana’s Upward Bound program opened applications for low-income, first generation high school students on Wednesday, August 25.

The focus of the program is to increase academic strength, skills and motivation required to generate success in higher education.

The program is designed to better prepare selected students to enter and complete a postsecondary educational program after the completion of high school.
