BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Southern University Ag Center is inviting small business owners to tune into its webinar on the Paycheck Protection Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 6 p.m.
The Ag Center is partnering with the U.S. Small Business Administration to host the virtual event, which will offer participants information on the PPP application process, participating lenders and requirements for the first and second draw applicants, covered periods and loan terms, according to Ag Center spokesperson LaKeeshia Giddens Lusk.
Participants will also receive information on the EIDL Program’s application period, businesses that are eligible for an EIDL advance, how to request reconsideration for the program and how to address credit issues, according to Lusk.
