St. George Fire, EBR Schools to host COVID-19 vaccination events Saturday

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The St. George Fire Protection District, the State Fire Marshal’s Office and the East Baton Rouge School System are partnering to host two COVID-19 vaccination events Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Both events are open to students and the general public.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available to all adults, and children age 12 and older can receive the vaccine with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Vaccines will be available Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Woodlawn High School, located at 15755 Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge
  • Jefferson Terrace Academy, located at 5601 Upton Drive in Baton Rouge
