State Troopers looking for person of interest in I-10 crash

Louisiana State Troopers are looking for a person of interest in the two-vehicle crash that shut down Interstate 10 eastbound, east of Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge for over 12 hours.
The crash occurred August 5th, shortly after 10:00 am, which involved an 18-wheeler carrying Isobutane that overturned after being struck by a red 2008 Ford Fusion. 
The driver of the 18-wheeler sustained minor injuries, and the driver of the Ford Fusion fled the scene on foot. Troopers later learned that the Ford Fusion was reported stolen from Baton Rouge. 
The person of interest is a white male with long blonde and brown hair, and tattoos covering both arms and legs.  
Surveillance video obtained by Troopers from the Siegen Lane Marketplace Walmart showed the person with his hair down, wearing green shorts and a white T-shirt prior to entering Walmart. Later footage showed the individual exit Walmart with his hair pulled up, and wearing a grey T-shirt.
