Suspect takes selfie after doing donuts and damaging property in Ascension Parish

ST. AMANT, La. (BRPROUD) – Take a good look at the attached picture, do you recognize the vehicle or person?

If so, give the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office a call as soon as possible.

APSO says, a suspect “was observed on surveillance video on January 9 at approximately 1 a.m. entering the property of Duck Roost and doing donuts in the grass, causing a considerable amount of damage to the property.”

The suspect was not done and returned later that same morning.

Upon returning to the scene, the suspect proceeded to make ruts in the grass with the truck in the picture.

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is providing this information in hopes of identifying the person in the photo:

  • Truck is a white Toyota Tacoma
  • Suspect appears to be a young white male

APSO says, the suspect “stopped to take a selfie with the vehicle after doing the damage.”
