The show must go on! Theatre Baton Rouge’s ‘How I Learned to Drive’ opens Friday to virtual audiences

Theatre Baton Rouge will open their latest production, How I learned to Drive, Friday to virtual audiences due to the coronavirus pandemic.

How I Learned To Drive is a wildly funny, surprising, and devastating tale of survival as seen through the lens of a troubling relationship between a young girl and an older man. How I Learned To Drive is the story of a woman who learns the rules of the road, and life, from behind the wheel.

Theatre Baton Rouge is presenting How I Learned to Drive as a completely virtual production, from auditions through the actual performances. The cast is rehearsing via Zoom, and TBR will send ticket holders a private link to join each night.

Tickets for this production are $20 and are available now at TheatreBR.org. There are a limited number of tickets available for each performance. Once patrons purchase tickets, they will be sent the Zoom link and password with log in and viewing instructions. Tickets are available at TheatreBR.org. Show dates are May 15-24, 2020.
