Toddler found in apartment with two dead adults, police don’t suspect foul play

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A toddler was found in an apartment with two dead bodies on Thursday, Aug. 24.

Lieutenant L’Jean McKneely said the two were found in the 4700 block of Tigerland Avenue. There is currently no foul play suspected. He said the deaths are potentially overdose-related.

The 2-year-old child is currently in Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services custody, according to McKneely.
