Tonight: We’re mostly dry and mainly clear overnight. Morning lows in the lower and mid 70s.
Tuesday: One or two more showers may still be possible with most staying dry under partly cloudy skies. Highs remain in the upper-80s. Overnight will see partly cloudy skies with lows near 71 degrees.
Dry weather sticks around again for Thursday and Friday with more sunshine thanks to a high-pressure system building in the region. Highs will remain in the upper-80s. A cold front will likely push through late or overnight on Friday into Saturday. This will lead to some big changes in the weather forecast.
Tracking the Tropics: One tropical wave has a low chance of development in the Atlantic. Neither of them poses a threat to Louisiana at this time.
