IBERVILLE PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – Two men were arrested on consecutive days by the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Drug interdiction agents arrested Marco Antonio Godinez, 34, of Houston and Frank Turner, 40, of Woodville, Miss. last week.

Godinez was taken into custody on Tuesday, November 8, and “agents seized cocaine which has an estimated street value of $200,000,” according to the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Godinez was charged with the crime listed below:

  • Possession with intent to distribute Schedule II narcotics (cocaine)

Turner was arrested on Wednesday, November 9, and charged with these crimes:

  • Possession with Intent to Distribute Hydrocodone
  • Possession with Intent to Distribute Adderall
  • Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
  • Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance

Godinez and Turner remain behind bars in the Iberville Parish Jail.
