Two ex-Phi Delta Theta fraternity members were sentenced Friday for their role in the death of Max Gruver.

Both Sean Paul Gott and Ryan Isto were sentenced to 30-days behind bars plus were fined $100 on misdemeanor hazing charges.

Isto and Gott both pleaded no contest last September after their arrest following the hazing death of Max Gruver in September of 2017.

As part of their plea deal, Isto and Gott also agreed to testify in the negligent homicide case against Matthew Naquin.

Naquin was convicted by a six-member jury back on July 17.

Both Isto and Gott will be credited for time already served.
