LABADIEVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) – Victoria M. Danos 19, of Bourg was the latest arrest made in connection with a business burglary that took place on Friday, June 24.

The business was located in Labadieville and “deputies made contact with management, who indicated that a variety of retail goods were stolen in the burglary,” according to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.

During the burglary, a glass panel was allegedly smashed by the suspects.

According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, “$1500 of vapes and cigars’ were taken from Big E’s Discount Cigarettes.

Danos was located and arrested on Friday, October 14.

The 19-year-old remains behind bars in the Assumption Parish Detention Center on the charges listed below:

  • Simple Burglary
  • Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile – 3 Counts

Bond has not been set for Victoria M. Danos.

Since the alleged burglary, three others have been arrested and their arrest dates, ages and charges are provided below:

Mercedes Usey, 22 of Thibodaux:

  • Arrested on July 18, 2022
  • Charged with Accessory after the Fact to Simple Burglary and Obstruction of Justice

Unidentified 16-year-old:

  • Arrested on July 25
  • Charged with Simple Burglary and Simple Criminal Damage to Property

Unidentified 15-year-old:

  • Arrested on July 30
  • Charged with Simple Burglary and Simple Criminal Damage to Property
