U.S. Marshals track attempted murder suspect to Thibodaux

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — On Tuesday, the Thibodaux Police Department assisted the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force in arresting a man accused of attempted murder.

Terrance Dupaty, 24, of Belle Rose, faces multiple charges, including three counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count each of illegal use of weapons, aggravated criminal damage to property and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. All the charges are felonies.

Dupaty is in the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex with no bond.
