UPDATE: Melanie Curtin, third suspect in Livingston sex crimes case, pleads not guilty to video voyeurism and rape charges

Melanie Curtin, the third suspect involved with the sex crimes case involving former Livingston Parish Sheriffs’ Deputy Dennis Perkins, and his wife, Cynthia Perkins, is now charged with two counts of video voyeurism of a child under the age of 17 and has entered a plea of not guilty.

Curtain’s arraignment was held Thursday in Livingston Parish, her bond is still set at $350,000. Curtin is still accused of rape but now include video voyeurism of a child in connection with the Perkins case.
