V-Well Solutions Steakhouse Burgers

A great way to do that is with this yummy Steakhouse Burger recipe.

Steakhouse Burgers with Roasted Sweet Potato Bites


BURGERS – 2 lbs lean ground beef, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder, 1.5 tablespoons onion powder, 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, salt, to taste Lettuce, 2 Tomatoes, sliced Grilled onions, special sauce, 8 whole wheat buns.

SWEET POTATO BITES – 2 large sweet potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt & pepper.

GRILLED ONIONS – 2 onions, 1 tablespoon olive oil.

SPECIAL SAUCE – 1 cup lite sour cream, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder.


POTATOES – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and preheat 2 large pans to medium. Roast potatoes. Chop sweet potato into 2-inch bite sized cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. Place potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and roast for 30 – 40 minutes tossing once half way through cooking in the oven until easily pierced with a fork.

BURGERS – Prep ingredients while potatoes roast. Slice onions, season meat and form into patties. Cook burgers & onions. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each of the pans. Add sliced onions to one pan and season with salt and pepper. Add 4 burger patties to the other pan. Cook onions for 8-10 minutes stirring regularly until lightly browned but still retaining a slightly crisp texture. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, flipping once half way through your cooking time, until cooked to your desired level. Repeat with remaining burgers. Make sauce while burgers and onions cook. Mix all the special sauce ingredients in a bowl. To serve, assemble burgers with special sauce, grilled onions, sliced tomato and lettuce. Add a side of sweet potato bites and go to town!
