WATCH: Analysts say a hug can do wonders!


National Hugging Day was on Monday, January 21 and a new study shows that a simple hug can do wonders for your body.

Researchers took a look at over 400 men and women, which showed that a simple hug could help decrease your stress levels.

The research showed that when feeling stressed, a hug with a loved one lasting at least 20 seconds helps decrease the stress hormone Cortosol which helps you feel better.
