BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Committee on House and Governmental Affairs is meeting on Thursday morning.

The meeting is supposed to continue focusing on the investigation into the death of Ronald Greene.

Will the committee hold Col. Kevin Reeves in contempt?

As of 9:15 a.m., Col. Reeves has not shown up at the hearing.

Stefanski announces a meeting of the House Committee on House and Governmental Affairs on Thursday, May 26, 2022, which is a day other than the dates provided for the committee in the uniform schedule of committee meetings adopted in accordance with House Rule 14.20, for the purpose of conducting a hearing on the following legislative instrument:

The meeting is taking place in Committee Room 3.
