Wings for Autism to return to Baton Rouge

An air travel rehearsal program crafted for people with autism spectrum disorders is returning to Baton Rouge Saturday, March 28.

This marks the fourth time since 2015 that the Arc of Baton Rouge, an organization that advocates for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has presented Wings for Autism, according to the Arc of Baton Rouge.

Participants will practice checking in, going through security and boarding a plane.

The organization will partner with the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, American Airlines and the TSA to put on Wings for Autism.
