BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – As pumpkin spice season prepares to pass the baton to hot cocoa season, Starbucks is more than ready for winter and its specialty beverages.

According to a recent article on NBC’s Today website, the popular coffeehouse chain has a ‘secret menu’ that’s full of holiday favorites.

Will you try any of the five favorites listed below?

1/ Grinchmas Frappuccino

Named after the Grinch, this drink is full of peppermint.

Today says, ” To order, ask for a Matcha Frappuccino with one pump peppermint and four pumps sugar cookie. “Please line the cup with Mocha Drizzle (or Strawberry Purée) & top the whipped cream with Matcha powder & chocolate curls.”

2/ Toasted Caramel Brûlée Cold Brew

To give this cold brew a try, Today suggests, “ordering a Venti cold brew with two pumps Toasted White Mocha and two pumps Caramel Brûlée. Instagram user “The Joyful RBF” says to add “Sweet Cream Cold Foam with an extra pump of Caramel Brûlée in the foam with Caramel Brûlée Topping.”

3/ Olaf Frappuccino

The beloved Frozen character is honored in this version of a vanilla bean Frappuccino.

To order it, Today says you’ve got to ask for, “a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with white mocha drizzle in the cup and add a Snowman Cake Pop on the side. Top with whipped cream and chocolate mini chips!”

4/ Fruitcake Frappuccino

While not everyone is a fan of fruitcake, the liquid version just may be more of a hit than the real thing. Any brave souls who want to give the liquid version a try should head to Starbucks and request, “a Grande White Mocha Frappuccino with two pumps hazelnut and one pump raspberry. Ask for strawberry inclusions blended in and top with both strawberry inclusions and chestnut praline topping,” according to Today.

5/ Eggnog Fluff Cold Brew

To try this twist on eggnog, Today says, “Order a Venti Cold Brew, then ask for four pumps of Toasted White Mocha, one pump of Cinnamon Dolce and top with Eggnog Cold Foam. Finish with Cinnamon Dolce on top and savor each caffeinated sip!”

If you’re in the mood to try something new from Starbucks, one of the drinks above might hit the spot.

But for those of us who enjoy what’s tried and true, Starbucks’ classic wintertime favorites like Peppermint Mocha, Chestnut Praline Latte and Toasted White Chocolate Mocha are still available!
