BATON ROUGE, La. (WVLA/WGMB) — Peloton is offering new app subscribers 90 days free, versus 30 days, as gyms across the U.S. are forced to temporarily close.
For people who are stuck at home, a Peloton-branded bike is not required. The app provides a variety of classes, allowing people to try HIIT, yoga, strength training and more.
The deal comes after Peloton announced that it would continue live classes, but without public attendees.
The fitness company has closed all of its retail showrooms until March 29. The company says it will continue to produce and livestream classes, but only for members.
