BATON ROUGE, La. (BRProud) — Delta took the top spot for best responding airline to the coronavirus pandemic, according to a new study by The Points Guy.

Travel experts ranked the top ten carriers based on a variety of measures including policies aimed at protecting flyers. This included everything from cancellation policies to cleaning procedures.

Delta received high marks for safety protocols and ticket flexibility, to name a few. Low-cost carriers like Spirit and Frontier ranked at the bottom of the list due to additional charges for face masks while flying, vague cleaning procedures and little to no effort in limiting the number of passengers on flights.
