BATON ROUGE, La — Southern Women’s Basketball won their third straight game at home and secured a victory over in-state rival Grambling State, 59-49.

Amani McWain led all scorers with 16 points. Her 3 first half three pointers played a large part in the Lady Jaguars’ 7-point half time lead.

The SU defense gave the Tigers trouble, as the Jags scored 24 points off the 20 Grambling turnovers.
