BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Southern University released its men’s basketball schedule for 2022-2023.
The schedule shows 13 non-conference games between November and December.
“Our pre-nonconference schedule poses a great and challenging schedule for us this year. Our first four games are all on the west coast starting with UNLV, Arizona, Saint Mary’s and Cal. All are top-level programs that should be really good challenges for us,” said Sean Woods, head men’s basketball coach. “Along with the other teams that we face, we should learn a lot about ourselves and have us competing at the highest level going into SWAC play!”
