NEW ORLEANS, LA (BRPROUD) – The Saints enter week 10 after taking sole possession of the NFC South. Sunday afternoon they host the San Francisco 49ers, who are riddled with injuries.

Marshon Lattimore is questionable to return (oblique).

Patrick Robinson intercepts Nick Mullens with less than 3 minutes to play.

Saints defeat the 49ers 27-13 without Drew Brees available in the second half as well as a handful of other players who exited the game with injuries. New Orleans now 7-2 on the season.

4Q (5:54) 49ers 40-yd FG is good. 27-13, Saints.

4Q (7:29) Alvin Kamara finds the endzone for the third time this afternoon. PAT is good. 27-10, Saints.

3Q (12:15) Wil Lutz FG is good after Winston throws incomplete pass intended for Michael Thomas. 20-10, Saints.

End of the third quarter: Jameis Winston is 5/5, 60 passing yards.

Drew Brees is questionable to return (ribs). Jameis Winston in at quarterback.

HALFTIME – 17-10, Saints.

2Q (1:15) Alvin Kamara is left wide open. Brees throws a short pass to Kamara and he walks it into the endzone. PAT is good. 17-10, Saints lead for the first time this afternoon.

2Q (6:48) Alvin Kamara takes the pitch for the 2-yd touchdown. Leaps over Jason Verrett to get into the endzone. Now Who Dat chants in the Dome. PAT is good. All tied up, 10-10.

2Q (13:48) Wil Lutz 49 yard FG is good. 10-3, 49ers.

2Q (14:56) Robbie Gould 32 yard FG is good. 10-0, 49ers.

1Q (0:15) Mullens sacked by Demario Davis to bring up 4th down.

1Q (7:42) Nick Mullens throws a 4-yard pass to Brandon Aiyuk for the first score of the game. PAT is good. 7-0, 49ers.
