#4 Arkansas Takes Game 1 from #15 LSU, 14-4

#15 LSU fell in Game One, 14-4, at #4 Arkansas thanks to five Hog home runs and 15 total hits given up by the Tigers.

The one bright spot for the Bayou Bengals was Daniel Cabrera’s two home runs.

However, LSU has no surrendered 45 runs in the past three games — the most since 1997.

Game Two will feature a freshman phenom for Arkansas, Patrick Wicklander, against redshirt sophomore right hander Eric Walker.

LSU has won its lat 7 regular season series’ against Arkansas, but they’ll have to win both of the remaining games to keep that streak alive.
