Eagles sign JaCoby Stevens to rookie contract

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (BRPROUD.com) – The Philadelphia Eagles signed former LSU safety JaCoby Stevens to his rookie deal. According to OverTheCap, Stevens’s contract will be four years and worth more than $3.6 million, including a base salary of $660,000.

Philadelphia drafted the former Tiger with the 224th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Stevens finished his career as a safety at LSU, amassing 190 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, and four interceptions in 42 career games, but the Eagles plan to the defensive back at linebacker.
