Summer camp continued Sunday afternoon for the Houston Astros.
Astros infielder and former LSU Tiger, Alex Bregman chose to wear a mask during the last two practices given the close proximity with other players at his position. He says he does not plan on wearing a mask during games.
Bregman spoke with local media following practice and commented on the potential for Major League Baseball to be able to complete a 60-game season.
“I’m confident, I’m very optimistic. I think that the guys know how serious this is, will take it serious, and will do their part in ensuring that we can play the game that we love,” says Bregman.
