BATON ROUGE – It’s a new era for LSU Baseball under new Head Coach Jay Johnson, but the new skipper certainly knows how to entertain a crowd. Coach Johnson was the guest speaker at the Rotary Club Wednesday afternoon.

He took questions from the crowd following his introduction and one guest asked if he could get rid of one challenge he faced this year what would it be.

“I would love to play every game at home,” said Coach Johnson jokingly. “I hear you guys are known to yell at the umpire from time to time which you have my full permission to do for a bad call anytime.”

LSU’s season gets underway February 18th as they host Maine in a 3-game series.
