BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Former Louisiana State University Baseball star and National Champion Mikie Mahtook stopped by Geaux Nation to talk all things LSU Baseball.

Topics that were discussed include LSU’s perfect regional weekend, Hayden Travinski’s hot bat, Wes Johnson leaving to become head coach at Georgia, and what the Tigers are doing in preparation to host the No. 12 University of Kentucky Wildcats in the Baton Rouge Super Regional tournament game at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 10 in the Alex Box Stadium at Skip Bertman Field.

The Tigers beat the Oregon State Beavers, 13-7, in a regional championship game on Monday, June 5.
