DESTREHAN, La. (BRPROUD) — #2 Destrehan remains unbeaten in the 2023 season after a 21-7 win over East Ascension.
The Spartans took the game’s first lead in the first quarter. Jeremiah Wilson rushed in from eight yards out to put East Ascension up 7-0.
However, the Wildcats rallied, scoring 21 unanswered points and shutting out the Spartans the rest of the way.
Destrehan moves to 3-0 with the win, while East Ascension falls to 0-3.
