Catholic High rolls McKinley on homecoming night

BATON ROUGE, La. – Catholic High hosted McKinley at Memorial Stadium for their homecoming game, and the ball was in the Bears’ favor from the outset. McKinley fumbled the ball on the opening possession, leading to a Kylan Dupre field goal to put the Bears up 3-0.

Catholic quarterback Landon O’Connor had two rushing touchdowns in the first quarter, pushing the Bears lead to 17-0, and in the second Blake Mathis threw a touchdown pass to Tre’ Benson for a 24-0 lead early in the second.
