BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – In 2019, Ed Orgeron led LSU to a 15-0 season and a National Championship.

Two years later and Ed Orgeron is on the hot seat.

If you take out 2019, the LaRose native is 30-14 at LSU.

After a loss to Auburn last Saturday, the Tigers fell to 3-2 in 2021 and the fans let the team know about as the game came to its end in Tiger Stadium.

Orgeron took full blame for LSU’s offensive struggles after the loss to Auburn.

Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports is fueling the fire as the hot seat continues to get warmer for the head football coach at Louisiana State University.

LSU still has to play these SEC teams in 2021: Kentucky, Florida, Ole Miss, Alabama, Arkansas and Texas A&M.

The question remains, could Ed Orgeron be on the way out after leading LSU to its best season ever?
