BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The 2023 LSU baseball team will be honored at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Saturday, Nov. 11.
According to a news release from LSU Athletics, the reigning national champions will be getting their National Championship rings during the ceremony.
The National Champions ring ceremony will be free and is open to the public, according to LSU Athletics. LSU took down the Gators in the National Championship game, 18-4, to cap off a historic season for the Tigers.
It was the first national championship in baseball for LSU since the 2009 season when LSU took down Texas.
The ceremony will be taking place at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11. According to a news release from LSU Athletics, the team will walk down Victory Hill starting at 4 p.m. and will make their way into the PMAC.
