BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — LSU wide receiver chart is absolutely stacked this year and junior wide receiver Malik Nabers is leading the way.

During day five of fall camp, Nabors showed why he’ll be Jayden Daniels’ number one target this Fall.

Nabers is primed for another monster season in purple and gold. As a sophomore, he led the SEC in receptions and ranked second in the league in receiving yards.

LSU’s offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock said the most impressive thing about Nabers is not only his ability but his commitment to be the best.

“I have a lot of respect for him on a number of different levels, but mostly because he comes to better his craft every single day,” said Coach Denbrock. “There’s not a time where he doesn’t have his complete attention on getting better at what he does on the practice field. People like that you just naturally kind of, move towards. He is somebody that is a good example for especially the younger players in our program to watch, to emulate and how to show up every day, how to put yourself in a position where you can improve it, the skills necessary.”
